About Troy Ross

Serving the West Side since 2008, Troy has become known as a problem solver in his career. His ability to envision practical solutions, combined with an intense inner drive to make things happen, has helped build his reputation over the years. The driving force behind his work is offering a wide array of solutions to help clients meet their goals. Troy approaches each situation as if it were his own, always guarding his clients’ best interests. Troy Ross Started working at an early age. After high school went to ITT Tech in Lathrop, Ca and got my associates degree in computer drafting. I worked for a construction company that built modular school buildings doing the blueprints right here in Patterson. I learned about construction, watched a lot of “flip this house” tv shows and thought to myself, I can do that. After paying a commission to purchase my first flip (which ended up being a flop) I thought to myself…if I’m going to flip houses, I might as well get my license so I don’t have to pay someone else to do it. Since 2008 I’ve been helping people selling real estate and flipping houses. As the flipping became more consistent, I was able to keep someone busy full time. I wanted to do things the right way so I got my General Contractor License. As the years went on and the crew grew we started building ADU’s on the properties I own, then building houses on vacant infill lots and selling them. Because of my drafting experience I am able to do my own blueprints on the homes we build/remodel. I work directly with all of the city officials. I’ve been an award winning Realtor in my office (it’s a small office) for many years. I have two great, loyal full time employees who work on the construction side.

To serve the community that helped shape me into the person I am today, my goal is to give back to the Westside with honesty, reliability, and trustworthy services.
